The primary catalyst for this decision stems from TechPro’s fundamental dependency on Microsoft Dynamics GP, which Microsoft has officially placed on its end-of-life trajectory. This dependency creates an inherent limitation contradicting our organizational commitment to portable, future-ready solutions.
Our technical assessment revealed TechPro’s architecture, while effective for its intended purpose, lacks the portability characteristics essential for modern enterprise environments. The tight coupling with Dynamics GP restricts our ability to deliver the flexible, adaptable solutions our customers increasingly demand.
This technological constraint directly conflicts with our refined mission and rather than investing heavy resources in modifications to TechPro, we’ve chosen to redirect our development efforts toward solutions more naturally aligned with our guidling principles.
