Jake’s extensive background includes prominent global leadership positions in customer service and sales at industry-leading organizations including APAC, Microsoft, When I Work, and most recently, Razor Tracking. His proven track record of driving business growth for enterprise organizations aligns perfectly with OmniByte’s strategic short and long-term business plans.
Throughout his career, Jake has demonstrated an exceptional ability in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners alike. His expertise in customer journey optimization and strategic revenue development will be invaluable as OmniByte continues to enhance our service offerings and expand our market presence.
